Open Heart Clay Classes

Classes are available for individuals experiencing a time of change, loss or transformation.
The studio space is held in a safe,supportive, non judgmental environment.
Location: Dancing Dog Studio

Dates: Classes are Thursdays 10-2pm.
Classes can also be arranged on an as needed basis.
Price:$40./class or 10 classes for $300.
One 25# bag of clay is included. Additional bags are $20.00
What is Included? Studio environment, Instructions for hand building, Clay tools, Field trip to Creative Ceramics for glazes. Electronic Kiln Firings. During summer classes I will give instuction in the ancient art of making cobb. Tea, coffee and cookies will be available.
What to bring? Your willingness to play with clay. Bring objects that support you in your creative walk. Music to share.
What will we do? Each class will begin with a short sharing time and quiet circle. A large canvas will be provided along with oil paints for each individual to choose a color and make a mark with no thought or design, just movement. The first class I will give instruction in clay tools and how to make an open heart clay box.
